Senior HEDIS Quality & Audit Analyst (Healthcare)

Location: Remote within the continental United States. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without employment-based visa sponsorship.

Salary: $70,100–$126,200 per year

What you will do

• Provide senior-level oversight for HEDIS quality, audit readiness, and submission support.
• Lead complex NCQA audit workstreams, including Roadmaps, Section 5 documentation, measure evidence, CAHPS, and auditor communications.
• Interpret federal and state regulatory requirements and apply them to HEDIS documentation, workflows, and data use.
• Support CMS submissions through PLD coordination, testing validation, and final readiness activities.
• Assess audit and submission risks, lead root cause analysis, and develop corrective actions.
• Maintain enterprise standards, templates, controls, governance materials, and audit narratives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of experience in HEDIS, quality audits, or regulated healthcare environments.
• Advanced knowledge of NCQA audit requirements, CMS submissions, and healthcare regulations.
• U.S. work authorization without current or future employment-based visa sponsorship.
• Ability to work independently and partner with health plans, auditors, IT, analytics, and quality stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Master's degree in healthcare or a related field.
• Project management experience in HEDIS, regulatory, audit, or healthcare quality improvement.
