Senior Product Analyst (ICHRA)

Location: Remote-MO

Salary: $87,700–$157,800 per year

What you will do

• Identify product solutions that improve performance and reduce risk across multiple healthcare insurance business lines.
• Analyze daily business problems and initiatives using company practices, stakeholder relationships, and creative problem-solving.
• Develop product techniques, procedures, policies, and improvement proposals for leadership review.
• Coordinate deliverables across the project life cycle with stakeholders and delivery partners.
• Monitor product compliance and follow up on corrective actions.
• Identify, manage, and escalate project risks and issues while supporting communications materials.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Actuarial Science, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of healthcare or insurance experience required.
• Experience with medical claims or billing coding is preferred.
• Experience applying change management, project management, and business process management disciplines.
• Six Sigma or PMP certification is preferred.
• Remote work is specified for Missouri.
