Director, Strategy Advancement- External Partnerships (Healthcare)

Location: Remote nationwide within the United States; occasional travel to hirify.global offices for training or meetings may be required.

Salary: $168,000–$231,000 per year, plus eligibility for a bonus incentive plan.

What you will do

• Identify, evaluate, and develop strategic partnership opportunities aligned with enterprise growth priorities.
• Own executive relationships with key national partners and establish measurable partnership outcomes.
• Assess market trends, competitive landscapes, financial data, operational performance, and customer impact.
• Build business cases, strategic recommendations, and growth plans for senior and executive leadership.
• Coordinate cross-functional resources and lead complex initiatives across hirify.global and external organizations.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of strategy professionals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 8+ years of experience in strategy, management consulting, business development, partnership management, healthcare operations, or a related field.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing strategic initiatives, programs, or teams.
• Experience developing and managing external partnerships or enterprise-level business relationships.
• Strong critical thinking, business acumen, analytical and financial evaluation skills.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder-influence skills.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree such as an MBA, MHA, or MPH.
• Experience in healthcare, health insurance, managed care, Medicare, Medicaid, or related industries.
• Experience managing complex, multi-year relationships between large enterprises.
• Knowledge of value-based care and healthcare ecosystem partnerships.
