Business Analyst IV Provider Data (Healthcare)

Location: Remote nationwide within the United States; U.S. work authorization required.

Salary: $87,700–$157,800 per year

What you will do

• Analyze provider, claims, contract, roster, and operational data to support business initiatives and improve configuration accuracy.
• Lead provider roster reconciliations and data-quality reviews across CenProv, Portico, PIX, Xcelys, Amisys, and related reporting tools.
• Validate provider data including TIN, NPI, networks, effective dates, locations, affiliations, credentialing cycles, and directory indicators.
• Coordinate corrective submissions, resolve data and process issues, and confirm successful implementation.
• Lead provider-facing and internal meetings, preparing agendas, presentations, status updates, decision logs, and follow-up actions.
• Support requirements analysis, user acceptance testing, training programs, policy changes, risk assessment, and process redesign.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of business process or data analysis experience, preferably in healthcare, or 5+ years of HEDIS analysis.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft applications, including Excel and Access.
• Experience analyzing complex operational data and translating findings into business recommendations.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employment-based visa sponsorship.

• Project management experience.
• Healthcare provider data or national provider organization experience.
