Senior Manager, Health Care Compliance Officer (MedTech)

Location: Horsham, Pennsylvania, United States of America; approximately 10% domestic travel required.

Base pay range: $122,000–$212,750 per year.

What you will do

• Advise business leaders and stakeholders on actionable, risk-based compliance guidance and compliant options.
• Assess key initiatives, identify emerging risks, and translate legal, regulatory, and policy requirements into practical guidance.
• Lead or support risk assessments, risk-tiered oversight, monitoring, data analysis, and mitigation strategies.
• Embed compliance by design into business processes, systems, operating models, and governance mechanisms.
• Provide compliance guidance for healthcare professional and organization engagements, field communications, incentive compensation, call planning, and medical education programs.
• Support issue identification, escalation, resolution, training, coaching, and a culture of ethical decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of business experience, including 5+ years in healthcare compliance or related risk management.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare compliance requirements, federal healthcare program considerations, and FDA-related requirements.
• Ability to influence across a matrixed organization and build trust with stakeholders at multiple levels.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, including the ability to explain complex requirements clearly.
• Ability to work effectively in ambiguous, fast-paced, and evolving environments.
• Must be based in Horsham, Pennsylvania, United States of America.

Nice to have

• Experience designing, implementing, or transforming compliance programs.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical commercial, medical affairs, and patient engagement models.
• Previous experience as an HCC or GCC officer or manager.
• CCEP accreditation or similar certification.
• Experience with audit management, compliance frameworks, CAPA, process improvement, and program management.
