Senior Compliance and Vendor Management Oversight Specialist (Healthcare)

Location: Remote from anywhere in the Continental United States

Salary: $70,100–$126,200 per year

What you will do

• Lead corporate ethics, compliance, and vendor oversight activities for government-sponsored healthcare programs.
• Manage the contract lifecycle from drafting through finalization while identifying and mitigating compliance risks.
• Conduct vendor reviews, audits, and assessments to evaluate adherence to contractual and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate regulatory updates affecting Medicaid and Marketplace filings with market and product compliance officers.
• Prepare subcontractor files, regulatory notifications, approvals, and supporting documentation.
• Document monitoring findings and recommendations, and route compliance concerns for investigation and resolution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of experience in managed care or health insurance, with knowledge of relevant legal and regulatory frameworks.
• Experience reading, analyzing, and interpreting state and federal laws, rules, and regulations.
• Experience with state Medicaid or government-sponsored healthcare compliance.
• Must be able to work remotely from within the Continental United States.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree or Juris Doctor degree.
• 2+ years of project oversight experience with the ability to drive implementation and influence stakeholders.
• Certified in Healthcare Compliance (CHC).
