Salary: $171,000–$209,000 USD per year, plus a performance-based annual cash bonus and equity compensation.

What you will do

  • Build, implement, and continuously improve the Healthcare Compliance Program for commercialization activities.
  • Develop and lead an annual risk-based monitoring plan based on risk assessments and emerging compliance needs.
  • Conduct live and transactional monitoring, using emerging technologies such as AI to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Identify trends, compliance gaps, and improvement opportunities, and report findings to senior leadership.
  • Lead compliance project initiatives and partner with Legal, Commercial, Medical Affairs, and other cross-functional teams.
  • Oversee collection, compilation, and submission of reportable transactions under the Physician Payments Sunshine Act and state transparency requirements.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of healthcare compliance or related experience in a commercial-stage biotech or pharmaceutical organization.
  • B.A. or B.S. degree required.
  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical laws, regulations, and industry guidance related to commercializing biopharmaceutical products.
  • Experience with commercial activities including sales and marketing, healthcare professional and patient interactions, and patient support services.
  • Strong project leadership, communication, presentation, organizational, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Ability to travel 15–20% and work for prolonged periods at a desk and computer.

  • Experience with product launch activities or rare diseases.
