Senior Solution Delivery Consultant- Post Implementation(Onsite- Overland Park, KS)

Location: Onsite in Overland Park, Kansas; applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States. The role may require approximately 20% travel and extended or irregular hours to support clients and projects across multiple time zones.

What you will do

• Complete complex system configuration, support testing, and maintain configuration management and change control.
• Gather and document business requirements based on client needs and available system functionality.
• Lead design sessions, identify interdependencies, and assess the impact of design decisions.
• Train, coach, guide, and mentor Application Analysts and Consultants.
• Analyze data and report solution status, risks, issues, and configuration readiness to clients and leadership.
• Build client relationships, resolve complex situations, and execute process improvements and best-practice documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
• At least 2 years of healthcare information technology implementation experience, including troubleshooting data and software applications.
• At least 1 year of process improvement experience.
• At least 1 year of project execution experience.
• Strong project and task management, independent problem-solving, and client-facing communication skills.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States is required; visa sponsorship is not provided.

Nice to have

• Experience with hirify.global EHR solutions, particularly myAvatar, and healthcare client industries such as clinical services, human services, long-term care, or senior living.
• Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, ASP.NET, C#, Visual Basic, or VB.NET.
• Experience with Crystal Reports, SSRS, SQL, Tableau, or SSIS.
• Healthcare billing experience, including CPT/HCPCS coding, 837 claims, 835 remittance processing, denial management, A/R, eligibility verification, Medicaid/Medicare billing, and reimbursement models.
• Experience aligning billing processes with clinical documentation and compliance.
