Manager II, Professional Services

Location: On-site in Chicago, Illinois, United States; approximately 25% travel required.

Salary: $125,000–$150,000 annually, including base salary and a portion of variable compensation tied to company and individual performance.

What you will do

• Lead Implementation Analysts and Consultants, including hiring, onboarding, performance management, and career development.
• Own delivery quality, team performance, utilization, delivery metrics, project risk, and portfolio-level outcomes.
• Translate functional delivery plans into scalable implementation standards, methodologies, operational processes, and quality benchmarks.
• Resolve complex implementation escalations involving data transformation, platform configuration, and cross-product workflow design.
• Coordinate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to improve delivery quality and resolve systemic issues.
• Partner with customers from end users to executive stakeholders to shape implementation strategy and support successful go-live outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• At least 5 years of project delivery experience in a SaaS or technology implementation environment.
• Required experience managing people, including performance management, coaching, and team development.
• Experience managing complex, multi-project portfolios with strong customer focus and accountability for outcomes.
• Technical understanding of data preparation, system configuration, workflow logic, and product architecture in customer-facing settings.
• Strong communication, analytical thinking, systems orientation, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience implementing solutions for government agencies or regulated public-sector organizations.
• Familiarity with government budgeting, finance, procurement, permitting, licensing, or asset management.
• Geographic Information Systems software experience.
• Strong Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and data formatting; ETL or workflow automation experience.
