Salary: $115,000–$173,000 (base salary only).

What you will do

• Lead the full implementation lifecycle from initiation through deployment and support transition.
• Manage project timelines, milestones, governance, scope, and SOW alignment.
• Cultivate strong relationships with enterprise customers, executive sponsors, and C-suite stakeholders.
• Coordinate execution across Engineering, Product, Data Science, Security, and Customer Success teams.
• Identify, communicate, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Define success metrics to drive customer adoption and deliver value realization reporting.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, Information Systems, Engineering, or Computer Science.
• 5+ years of experience managing enterprise customer delivery, software implementations, or complex technology programs.
• Proven track record of delivering customer-facing projects and building relationships with executive stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and SDLC.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in healthcare, life sciences, clinical research, or AI/ML environments.
• Technical depth in data integrations, APIs, and cloud platforms.
• PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile certifications.
• Familiarity with HIPAA, HITRUST, GxP, or SOC 2 compliance frameworks.
• Proficiency with Smartsheet, Jira, Salesforce, and Google Workspace.
