Senior Service Delivery Manager (Commercial Pharma & Drug Manufacturers)

Location: New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania

Salary: $76,000–$186,000 base compensation per year

What you will do

• Manage daily service delivery operations, operational schedules, timelines, SLAs, and contractual commitments.
• Act as the primary client contact for operational performance, issue escalation, status communication, and new project requests.
• Lead a global, cross-functional team responsible for data analysis, aggregation, reporting, and operational support.
• Manage budgets and adjust delivery activities to achieve or exceed contribution margin targets.
• Oversee business and technical components of client projects and ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Identify service expansion and process improvement opportunities and guide adoption of modern data and cloud-ready technologies.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience in pharmaceutical consulting or services.
• Experience managing operations organizations with measurable KPIs and leading global, cross-functional teams.
• Strong client relationship management, communication, negotiation, and issue-resolution skills.
• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree preferred.
• Hands-on experience with data analysis, reporting, commercial data warehousing, business intelligence, or insights environments.
• Experience with pharmaceutical data and platforms, including Rx, patient-level, claims, utilization, pricing, and distribution datasets such as IQVIA, Symphony, or Komodo, plus AWS or Azure cloud operations.
