Senior Implementation Consultant (Healthcare IT)

Location: Raleigh, NC. Applicants for North American-based positions must be legally authorized to work in the United States or Canada. Visa sponsorship is not offered.

Salary: $69,852–$97,094 per year.

hirify.global provides healthcare technology solutions, including DORN, a cloud-based diagnostic ordering and results network connecting EHR partners with laboratory and radiology centers through a standardized HL7 integration.

What you will do

• Lead net-new and transition integration projects from kickoff and technical scoping through QA certification, go-live, and stabilization.
• Run technical design discussions with EHR, laboratory, and radiology partners using API and HL7 order and results standards.
• Build project schedules, manage milestones and risks, and lead kickoff and status meetings.
• Maintain laboratory and radiology test compendiums, order codes, result formats, and mappings.
• Support partner onboarding, test plan execution, QA reviews, production certification, and post-certification handoff.
• Troubleshoot order and result transmission issues with engineering and support teams and manage scope changes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in healthcare IT implementation, integration, or technical project management.
• Hands-on experience with HL7 messaging for orders and results and API-based integrations.
• Working knowledge of laboratory or radiology workflows, test compendiums, and result mapping.
• Experience managing multiple implementation projects with competing timelines and stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including meetings with technical and non-technical external partners.
• Ability to work with EHR vendors, laboratory and radiology partners, and internal engineering, product, and support teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with hirify.global products or comparable diagnostic connectivity platforms.
• Familiarity with LabCorp, Quest Diagnostics, reference laboratory operations, or imaging center workflows.
• Experience with EHR-to-lab or EHR-to-radiology migrations and platform transitions.
• PMP, CAPM, or equivalent project management certification.
