IT Delivery Manager

What you will do

• Develop long-term delivery strategies for North American infrastructure and align technical milestones with business objectives.
• Lead strategic infrastructure and security projects through initiation, execution, release, and completion.
• Establish Jira-based program management frameworks, reporting processes, and delivery templates.
• Identify delivery bottlenecks and security risks, perform root cause analysis, and implement mitigation plans.
• Coordinate Architecture, App Development, Finance, ePMO, internal clients, and global partners.
• Lead PI planning, manage financial reporting and cost control, and mentor cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 4–6 years of experience as a Delivery Manager or in a related technical leadership role.
• Experience delivering complex infrastructure and security projects from initiation to completion.
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with Google Workspace and Jira.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud hosting, release management, ITIL governance, data analysis, budgeting, and resource allocation.
