Business Delivery Manager Quality (UAT) (UAT)

Location: Remote within any of the lower 48 U.S. states; listed office location: Columbus, Ohio. Occasional travel may be required.

Salary: $97,000–$180,000 annually; expected starting range: $97,000–$145,000.

What you will do

• Lead business transformation initiatives through the strategic application of people, processes, and technology.
• Manage UAT quality activities, optimize end-to-end testing processes, and introduce automation.
• Lead business process analysis, modeling, redesign, consultation, and organizational analysis.
• Develop transformation plans, business cases, performance criteria, and quality-related metrics.
• Identify and mitigate business risks, dependencies, redundancies, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Manage, mentor, hire, and develop associates, including performance and workflow management.

Requirements

• Eight or more years of experience planning, designing, and implementing company-wide business transformation initiatives.
• At least three years of people management experience.
• Experience with functional, process, information, and data modeling; data management and warehousing; and application integration.
• In-depth experience with process redesign methods and tools, business process management, and technology frameworks.
• Extensive knowledge of project management, systems development life cycle, organizational design, and change management.
• Must be eligible to work within the lower 48 U.S. states; employer-sponsored work authorization is not available.

Nice to have

• Undergraduate studies in computer science, management information systems, business, mathematics, or a related field.
• Graduate studies and project management experience.
