Senior FP&A Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Lead long-range financial modelling, annual operating plans, and rolling forecasts.
• Build scenario models and sensitivity analyses to support executive decisions on growth, profitability, and capital efficiency.
• Own cash flow, working capital forecasting, and capital management support.
• Lead monthly performance and management reporting, identifying drivers, risks, opportunities, and required actions.
• Partner with functional leaders to connect operational drivers with financial outcomes and improve accountability.
• Prepare investor and Board materials and continuously improve FP&A tooling, reporting architecture, and financial data models using automation and AI.

Requirements

• Strong FP&A and strategic finance experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Experience building or materially improving budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting processes.
• Strong financial modelling and analytical capability.
• Ability to turn complex data into clear commercial insights and recommendations.
• Strategic thinking, bias for action, curiosity, and reliable follow-through.
• Interest in using AI and improving systems, processes, and ways of working.
