Senior FP&A Manager (SaaS)

Location: Remote within the United States; strong preference for candidates in Austin, Texas, to work hybrid from the downtown headquarters two days per week. Candidates residing in Alaska, California, Hawaii, Louisiana, Mississippi, Montana, New Hampshire, North Dakota, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Vermont, Washington, West Virginia, or Wyoming are not eligible.

What you will do

• Own ARR revenue forecasting methodology and monthly reforecasting cycles.
• Build annual operating plan models, departmental expense forecasts, and headcount plans.
• Perform scenario planning and sensitivity analysis to evaluate business drivers and assumptions.
• Deliver monthly budget-to-actual variance analysis with root-cause narratives and recommended actions.
• Partner with business leaders, Accounting, and the Controller on financial analysis, headcount visibility, and timely financial close.
• Lead board reporting materials, including financial narratives, charts, and commentary on key results.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience owning financial planning and forecasting processes end-to-end.
• Expert-level Excel modeling skills, including building complex and scalable models from scratch.
• Strong SaaS financial expertise covering ARR, churn, cohorts, and unit economics.
• Hands-on experience with Claude or similar AI tools for financial modeling, reporting, and presentations.
• NetSuite experience or the ability to quickly learn financial systems; SQL familiarity is a plus.
• Existing authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future is required.
