Sr. Financial Analyst - FP&A (Healthcare): Leading enterprise financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, workforce analysis, and executive reporting for a healthcare platform with an accent on financial modeling, valuation, and strategic decision support. Location: Fully remote, but must be US based; a quiet workspace, reliable internet, and compliance with company security and HIPAA-related policies are required.

What you will do
- Lead enterprise headcount, compensation, and workforce expense forecasting.
- Own enterprise forecasting, annual budgeting, and multi-year strategic planning.
- Partner with senior leaders to analyze revenue drivers, costs, profitability, and business performance.
- Build financial models for scenario planning, M&A analysis, pricing, investment decisions, and capital allocation.
- Prepare executive analyses, Board materials, investor presentations, dashboards, and management reports.
- Improve FP&A processes through reporting enhancements, automation, and cross-functional collaboration.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of progressive FP&A or corporate finance experience, ideally in a private equity-backed or high-growth healthcare company.
- Expertise in financial modeling, valuation, and scenario planning.
- Strong Excel skills and experience with financial systems such as Adaptive Insights, NetSuite, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Ability to translate complex financial concepts into clear insights for executive stakeholders.
- Proactive leadership, exceptional analytical skills, intellectual curiosity, and a bias for action.
Nice to have
- Experience using AI-powered productivity and analytical tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, or Claude.
- MBA or CFA.
- Experience in a private equity-backed company.
