Salary: $65,000–$70,000 base salary per year, plus benefits, short-term incentive program, clothing allowance, and merchandise discounts.

What you will do

  • Partner with Design, Product Development, and Production to define design intent and establish initial development specifications.
  • Measure and prepare samples for development and production fittings, track samples, and create weekly fit lists.
  • Support live model fittings and accurately record fit and construction notes.
  • Communicate fit and construction corrections to domestic and overseas vendors through written instructions, flat measurements, and digital images.
  • Manage tech packs from initial development through final production and identify production, quality, and costing issues.
  • Ship samples to factories, support calendar deadlines, and contribute to block library and fit-efficiency projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's, associate, or technical degree in Patternmaking and/or Technical Design.
  • 2–4 years of technical design or patternmaking experience.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, PLM systems, and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong understanding of garment construction, patternmaking, grading, and fit.
  • Strong organization, detail orientation, communication, and time-management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently and collaboratively.
