Associate Developer, Athlete Services & Special Projects

What you will do

• Own the development lifecycle for assigned athlete apparel styles and special projects from concept and design handoff through kit delivery.
• Coordinate daily with athletes, vendors, Sports Marketing, Design, Technical Design, Merchandising, Materials, and factory partners.
• Manage development calendars, milestones, costs, ordering, approvals, documentation, and vendor status updates.
• Maintain accurate product specifications, BOMs, costing, testing status, technical packages, and buy-readiness data in the PLM system.
• Participate in fittings and communicate development, fit, visual, mobility, function, quality, and athlete feedback to vendors.
• Manage submissions such as lab dips, trims, washes, strike-offs, and PPS, while supporting compliance testing, seasonal workbooks, and development recaps.

Requirements

• 3+ years of product development experience, or product management experience with a demonstrated record of managing products from concept to completion.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Manufacturing, or equivalent experience preferred.
• Knowledge of garment construction, costing, pre-production coordination, and materials used in engineering and manufacturing processes.
• Intermediate computer skills with emphasis on project timelines and PLM systems, plus an aptitude for systematic work.
• Strong ownership mindset, proactive problem-solving skills, and increasing independence.
• Ability to bend, lift, open, and move products or office items weighing up to 25 pounds; possible international travel may be required.

Nice to have

• Intermediate computer drawing skills for technical and construction detail sketches and related artwork.
• Experience with Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
• International travel experience.
