What you will do

• Provide expert financial advice, identify opportunities, raise challenges, and support business decisions.
• Prepare nonstandard financial analyses, present trends, and deliver analysis requested by business stakeholders.
• Support month-end processes, management reporting, forecasts, budgets, and income statement and balance sheet reviews.
• Support standard costing models for annual product cost setting and new product introduction costs.
• Provide financial analysis for business development, value engineering, business evaluation proposals, and post-acquisition integration activities.
• Manage financial governance, risk identification, corporate approvals, cost-saving initiatives, and relationships with functional departments and external business partners.

Requirements

• Professional qualification or degree in accounting, finance, business, or an equivalent field; CPA or MBA is relevant.
• Experience working in a business or functional unit and in a commercial P&L environment.
• Proficiency in financial modeling, analysis, evaluation, forecasting, and business drivers.
• Experience influencing stakeholders, negotiating, resolving conflicts, and working in cross-functional and matrixed environments.
• Understanding of financial systems and processes, including JDE, Prism, or DCS.
• Strong skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, together with effective interpersonal and communication skills.
