What you will do
- Analyze cost data to verify accuracy and identify opportunities to improve financial performance.
- Prepare and analyze business performance reports, including variance analyses comparing actual results with budgets, forecasts, and historical results.
- Provide financial recommendations and feedback to business partners.
- Support continuous improvement of financial processes.
- Create ad hoc reports and dashboards and perform other analytical duties.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
- Understanding of accounting operations, budgets, and forecasts.
- Ability to communicate and present information clearly in written and oral form.
- Experience developing, revising, and maintaining Excel spreadsheets, Word documents, and PowerPoint presentations.
- Strong analytical, critical-thinking, time-management, and work-management skills.
- Ability to build effective business relationships.
Nice to have
- Basic understanding of Power BI.
- Experience with SAP and SAP Business Warehouse.
