Financial Analyst

Location: Loveland, Colorado, United States; hybrid with 3 days onsite

Salary: $45.00 per hour; 15-month contract

What you will do

• Perform daily margin analysis and proactively identify profitability issues.
• Harmonize and test data across North American retail regions.
• Partner with regional and branch teams to address questions about P&Ls, margins, costs, freight, and supplier programs.
• Support managers with business analysis and identify opportunities to improve operating margins.
• Deliver financial reports and analysis to regional, divisional, branch, and corporate leadership.
• Support legacy company integration, strategic finance projects, planning, forecasting, presentations, business narratives, and monthly financial close.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance from an accredited institution.
• 3+ years of financial analysis experience, including margin analysis and financial reporting.
• Strong critical-thinking, analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across all organizational levels.
• High ethical standards, business integrity, and a team-oriented approach.
• Availability to work in a hybrid arrangement with 3 days onsite in Loveland, Colorado.
