Financial Analyst

What you will do

• Support monthly, quarterly, and year-end close activities and prepare accurate financial reporting.
• Analyze variances against plans and forecasts and contribute to annual planning and quarterly forecasting.
• Support pipeline and renewal forecasting, sales analysis, and sales performance reporting.
• Build financial models for business initiatives, resource allocation, and KPI analysis.
• Provide business-case and sales-promotion support, including ad hoc reporting and analysis.
• Support payment plans, billing issue escalations, accounts receivable, and free cash flow activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 4+ years of progressive finance experience after completing a bachelor’s degree.
• Experience in financial accounting, management accounting, financial analysis, modeling, planning, forecasting, and management reporting.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, written, oral, and technical skills.
• Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and time pressure.
