What you will do
- Serve as the escalation point for Workday application errors, access issues, integrations, reporting, and other supported HR systems.
- Maintain HCM settings, including compensation tables, organizational structures, workflows, notifications, and related documentation.
- Develop and maintain recurring and ad hoc reports and queries while monitoring HR data integrity.
- Investigate HCM issues, unexpected results, and process flaws; recommend solutions and efficiency improvements.
- Coordinate data collection and submissions for EEO-1, VETS 100, benefits, payroll, and other regulatory and compliance audits.
- Collaborate with Audit/Legal, Finance, IT, payroll, benefits vendors, and HCM providers; train users on new processes and functionality.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 5+ years of HR experience with in-depth knowledge of Human Resources, Compensation, Benefits, and Performance processes and policies.
- 3+ years of HRIS/HCM experience, preferably with Workday.
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills, including communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong project management, customer service, collaboration, confidentiality, ethics, and attention to detail.
- Advanced proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets and strong technical aptitude in HR reporting and data analysis.
Nice to have
- Workday configuration and reporting development experience.
- Experience with Core HCM, Benefits, and Absence Management.
- Payroll and HR systems integration knowledge.
