Senior HRIS Analyst

Location: Remote within the United States; corporate roles are not hired in Alaska, Arkansas, Delaware, Hawaii, Maine, Mississippi, New Mexico, Oklahoma, South Dakota, Vermont, or Wisconsin. Office hubs are in Denver and San Francisco.

Salary: $84,000–$108,500 per year, plus equity.

What you will do

• Optimize and maintain Workday configuration across HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Time Tracking, Advanced Compensation, and Performance.
• Configure enhancements, troubleshoot issues, and ensure data integrity and scalable HRIS processes.
• Design and maintain people analytics solutions, including reports, visualizations, dashboards, Discovery Boards, and Google App Dashboards.
• Analyze workforce data to support workforce planning, organizational health, DEI insights, compensation, and operational decisions.
• Establish best practices for people data governance, documentation, self-service analytics, and reporting accuracy.
• Audit Workday biannual releases, recommend feature adoption, and translate business questions into actionable analysis.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in HRIS or People Analytics.
• Hands-on experience supporting and maintaining Workday.
• Workday Report Administrator experience with reporting, calculated fields, dashboards, and Discovery Boards.
• Advanced expertise in Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Apps.
• Strong data analysis skills and the ability to communicate complex findings to non-technical stakeholders.
• Understanding of HR data governance, data integrity, reporting accuracy, and work in a fast-growing organization.
