Senior HRIS Analyst (Workday)

Base pay: $90,000–$130,000 yearly

What you will do

• Lead the HR technology portfolio and roadmap in partnership with HRIS leadership, HR business owners, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Administer and configure Workday, including business processes, security, compliance, notifications, data and configuration migrations, and knowledge transfer.
• Lead cross-functional Workday and HR technology projects, including requirements gathering and implementation readiness.
• Plan, support, and execute user acceptance testing by documenting test scenarios and test cases.
• Improve HR processes and user experience by analyzing business issues and leveraging Workday capabilities.
• Mentor junior HRIS analysts and provide functional support for assigned Workday modules.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, HR, HRIS, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 8+ years of Workday HRIS administration and configuration experience.
• 8+ years of experience working with business stakeholders in cross-functional environments.
• Knowledge of HR systems, HR processes, employee lifecycle transactions, HRIS database design, and database tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Advanced ability to build and optimize Workday workflows, execute EIB loads, create reports, troubleshoot tickets, test updates, and conduct data integrity audits.
