Maintenance Manager (Engineering)

What you will do

• Oversee maintenance operations for a distribution center, managing both hourly and salaried associates.
• Lead the achievement of a zero-injury workplace by ensuring compliance with all safety and environmental regulations.
• Manage annual capital improvement projects and the department budget.
• Develop and implement maintenance programs to minimize downtime and improve KPIs using CMMS.
• Provide technical training and development for maintenance technicians and management personnel.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States (role requires onsite presence).
• Five or more years of hands-on management experience in maintenance.
• Conceptual knowledge of PLC programming is required; proficiency is preferred.
• Familiarity with lean tools or similar statistical process and control systems.
• Bachelor of Science in Engineering or related field preferred; HS Diploma/GED required.
• Ability to travel for meetings (10%-15%).
