Industrial Engineer (Manufacturing)

Location: Neenah, Wisconsin, United States; primarily office-based with frequent work in production and warehouse settings and frequent travel required.

What you will do

• Plan and oversee equipment, office, and production facility layouts to maximize workflow and spatial utilization.
• Execute engineering objectives that support operational reliability, asset availability, and asset longevity.
• Conduct equipment feasibility studies and contribute to capital expenditure planning.
• Design and manage capital projects, including scope, budgets, schedules, responsibilities, and installation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders on supplier selection, equipment acquisition, materials acquisition, and process changes.
• Ensure work is performed safely and complies with company, local, state, and federal requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Knowledge of manufacturing industry developments, product manufacturing, and process optimization technologies.
• Ability to apply technical, scientific, and mathematical knowledge to design and implement materials, structures, machines, devices, systems, and processes.
• Knowledge of methodologies for designing, building, managing, and enhancing manufactured products and production processes.
• Ability to work across office, production, and warehouse environments and travel frequently.
