What you will do

• Implement the hirify.global Fulfillment System across the Order-to-Cash value chain.
• Lead and coordinate New Product Introductions within operations.
• Lead facility transformation, technology transfer, and maintenance of mixed-model production lines and value streams.
• Implement continuous improvement policies, procedures, documentation, and demand-driven operational strategies.
• Synchronize product, material, and information flows to improve efficiency and reduce operating costs.
• Define processes and area layouts, and justify, select, and implement production equipment while working with shop-floor personnel.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Industrial Technology.
• 5+ years of related engineering experience in a similar working environment.
• Knowledge of lean principles and process improvement.
• Experience in high-mix, low-volume and high-volume, low-mix production environments.
• Experience leading projects and collaborating cross-functionally.
• Ability to solve problems, resolve conflicts, and manage shifting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and/or ProE.
• Project Management Certification.
• Strong organizational, written, and oral communication skills.
