IT Manager – IT Network Engineer L2

Location: Taguig City, Philippines; based in the Manila NOC hub. The role supports a 24x7x365 follow-the-sun operation and requires shifts that may include weekends and holidays. Flexible work-from-home arrangements are available.

What you will do

• Operate the 24x7x365 Network Operations Center, restoring services and delivering proactive improvements.
• Manage incident, change, event, and request-fulfilment operations and performance metrics.
• Implement repeatable network changes across LAN, WAN, security, wireless, remote access, load balancing, and cloud connectivity.
• Monitor production systems and coordinate solutions with IT operations teams, customers, partners, and service providers.
• Lead or participate in crisis conference calls and drive technical resolution.
• Create technical documentation, deliver training, and mentor junior engineers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, information technology, computer science, engineering, or another technical field, or at least 5 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
• At least 3 years of experience in IT service management and/or IT operations, including ITIL, PCI, and SOC standards and compliance.
• Experience with routers, switches, wireless networks, DNS, DHCP, IPAM, firewalls, load balancers, VPN, voice networking, and network monitoring tools.
• Experience with Cisco, Viptela, F5 Networks, Juniper, Riverbed, Zscaler, and Avaya infrastructure or services.
• Strong communication, customer service, analytical, documentation, and presentation skills.
• Availability for shifts including a weekend day and some holidays to support 24x7x365 coverage.

Nice to have

• CCNA or CCNP certification.
