Systems Engineer - Level II (Network Infrastructure)

Location: PHL-Cebu, Philippines. Primary hours are 7am–4pm US Eastern Time, with flexibility required for schedule changes based on team and company needs.

What you will do

• Plan, implement, oversee, and maintain network and IT infrastructure.
• Manage monitoring systems for network, ISP services, facilities, and infrastructure performance.
• Identify, respond to, prioritize, and escalate faults across systems and networks.
• Provision IP assignments, core network configurations, DNS setups, monitoring, and graphing for network services.
• Build and install server and network equipment, perform application upgrades, and provide data center facilities support.
• Provide Tier 3 support for data center operations, network services, and ISP services while maintaining technical documentation.

Requirements

• Required experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware, Azure, or AWS.
• Required experience with Windows Server 2008/2012, Exchange/Office 365, and network administration.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in technical support or a similar role.
• Expert Windows systems administration skills and strong network diagnostic and analytical skills.
• Basic Linux administration knowledge and the ability to interpret data from multiple sources.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
