Network Engineer II

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end implementation of network change requests, including technical plans, impact assessments, execution, and post-change validation.
• Maintain and optimize office network infrastructure across Wi-Fi, IoT, and SD-WAN tunnels.
• Configure and integrate Palo Alto, Fortinet, Extreme Networks, Arista, and Aruba network environments.
• Lead small-to-medium network deployment projects, including hardware refreshes and office network setups.
• Monitor network security and performance, proactively resolving bottlenecks.

Requirements

• 4–7 years of experience in enterprise network engineering, or a recent relevant degree or certification.
• Hands-on experience with Palo Alto or Fortinet firewalls, Extreme Networks and Arista switching, or Aruba wireless.
• Understanding of switching and routing protocols, wireless technologies, and IPSec VPNs.
• Experience with structured change control environments such as ITIL and writing detailed rollback procedures.
• Proficiency in Wi-Fi heatmapping, wireless interference troubleshooting, Wireshark packet analysis, and PRTG alerting.
• Ability to learn and support new networking technologies and vendor platforms.
