What you will do

• Coordinate generative AI pilots, use-case deployments, integrations, and capability rollouts.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, task tracking, milestones, and dependency management.
• Translate priorities from the Chief AI Officer and AI leadership into actionable project plans.
• Coordinate intake, prioritization, and sequencing of AI-related work across the firm.
• Prepare stakeholder and executive-level updates on status, risks, and outcomes.
• Support communication, change management, governance alignment, and responsible AI practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of project coordination or project management experience, ideally in IT, innovation, or emerging technology initiatives.
• Strong organizational, execution, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives and work across functions without direct authority.
• Ability to engage with executive leadership, attorneys, and technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• PMP, CAPM, or equivalent project management certification.
• Ability to sit and stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.

Nice to have

• Experience in a law firm or professional services environment.
• Exposure to AI, data, or digital transformation initiatives.
• Familiarity with AI concepts, data governance, or emerging technology frameworks.
