Project Manager - Associate

Location: Hybrid role based in the greater Denver/Colorado Springs area or the Salt Lake City, Utah office; office work Monday-Thursday and remote work available on Friday

Salary: $70,000-$90,000 base salary per year, plus equity and an annual performance bonus

What you will do

• Manage client statements of work and project deliverables through the software development lifecycle.
• Facilitate requirements analysis and design, establish project plans, and maintain delivery timelines.
• Track project budgets, financial status, productivity, utilization, margins, and KPIs.
• Coordinate resources, bookings, task management, time tracking, dependencies, and work product delivery.
• Manage scope changes, communicate their impact for client approval, and mitigate project risks.
• Keep clients and internal teams informed while supporting on-time, on-budget delivery and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in project and program management.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Project, SharePoint, and Visio.
• Experience managing project financials, schedules, resources, scope, risks, and client communications.
• Ability to work in the office Monday-Thursday in the greater Denver/Colorado Springs area or Salt Lake City, Utah, with remote work on Friday.

Nice to have

• Experience with Kantata or OpenAir.
• Financial services industry experience.
• Project management certification such as PMP, CSM, CAPM, or SAFe.
• Six Sigma or Lean process improvement experience.
