Location: Memphis, Tennessee, United States; Monday–Friday 10-hour shifts with a rotating day off, holiday coverage, and minimal weekend work.
Compensation: $31.50–$55.00 per hour.

What you will do
- Coordinate interdisciplinary patient care activities throughout the patient’s continuum of care.
- Assess physical, psychosocial, educational, and age-specific patient needs.
- Design and implement collaborative plans of care, including appropriate delegation of tasks.
- Evaluate patient progress and coordinate team efforts toward care outcomes.
- Advocate for patients and families and facilitate communication across the healthcare team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing required; internal employees may follow an approved path from an associate degree to a BSN, completed within three years.
- Current Basic Life Support certification required.
- Skills in pediatric assessment, critical thinking, pain assessment, clinical nursing, interpersonal communication, and patient education.
- Knowledge of age-related growth, development, and patient-care needs.
- For candidates residing in Tennessee or a non-compact state, a current Tennessee nursing license is required; candidates in compact states must hold a current license in their primary state of residence.
- Proven performance in an earlier role is required.
Nice to have
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support or Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification.
- Familiarity with research protocols.
- Certified Pediatric Hematology Oncology Nurse or Oncology Certified Nurse certification.
