Consumer Relations Representative (Geman Speaking)

What you will do

• Provide proactive customer service by telephone, email, web chat, and social media.
• Act as a country specialist by advising on local trends and market knowledge.
• Collaborate with the Customer Resolution team to support order fulfilment.
• Analyse consumer feedback and contribute to process improvements.
• Participate in consumer experience projects and support effective teamwork.

Requirements

• Written and oral fluency in German and English is essential.
• Strong communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and customer-service skills.
• Ability to resolve queries by phone, email, and online chat.
• Adaptability, attention to detail, initiative, and a customer-centric mindset.
• Availability to start in late September or early October.

Nice to have

• Previous customer service experience.
