Customer Service Representative (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Process customer quotes and orders accurately and on time for assigned corporate accounts.
• Create and issue harvest quotes and review contracts against customer requirements.
• Maintain SAP master data, including customer, pricing, material, and hierarchy records.
• Coordinate with internal functions to support on-time order fulfillment.
• Process customer returns and manage RGA documentation and open cases.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve credit and invoice issues with Finance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or related experience.
• At least 2 years of B2B sales or customer service experience preferred.
• German language skills are essential.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, attention to detail, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively under tight deadlines.
• Experience with S4 Hana and CRM software is preferred.
