What you will do

  • Conduct root cause analysis to identify and mitigate recurring technical problems.
  • Participate in the training of new technical support specialists.

Requirements

  • German language proficiency (written and spoken) is required.
  • Proven experience in intermediate-level technical troubleshooting and problem resolution.
  • Strong capability in documenting support interactions and technical resolutions.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
  • Experience in root cause analysis and knowledge management.
  • Must be able to work in a hybrid capacity in London, UK.
