Vice President of Talent Management and Agentic Learning (AI)

Location: Lone Tree, Colorado, United States. U.S. citizenship is required because the role requires obtaining and maintaining a Secret U.S. Security Clearance.

Estimated starting salary range: $292,941.61–$402,794.71 per year, with additional annual incentive pay based on performance.

What you will do

• Execute an enterprise-wide talent strategy covering leadership development, succession planning, employee engagement, continuous learning, and performance enablement.
• Design workforce planning and talent forecasting strategies using AI-driven tools, predictive analytics, and workforce data.
• Lead AI-powered learning, reskilling, upskilling, onboarding, compliance training, and leadership development programs.
• Establish scalable frameworks that improve training delivery, workforce efficiency, compliance, and measurable program impact.
• Advise senior executives and business leaders on talent needs, capability gaps, workforce strategy, and organizational change.
• Partner with recruitment teams to forecast hiring needs and develop AI-powered talent acquisition strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred.
• 18+ years of experience in HR leadership, including executive leadership focused on talent management, workforce planning, and employee development.
• Experience designing and executing AI adoption strategies and enterprise-wide reskilling and upskilling programs.
• Strong understanding of workforce trends and the impact of technology on the future of work.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver large-scale talent programs aligned with business objectives.
• U.S. citizenship and eligibility for a Secret U.S. Security Clearance are required.
