Vice President, Human Resources

Location: St. Louis Park, Minnesota, US; hybrid work arrangement

Compensation range: $241,500–$359,000 annually, with potential eligibility for annual incentives.

What you will do

• Partner with the Systems Protection President and leadership team to develop and execute the people strategy.
• Lead organizational design, workforce planning, and talent strategies for global manufacturing, engineering, product, and commercial teams.
• Drive leadership development, succession planning, and capability building for senior leaders and critical roles.
• Provide strategic oversight of employee relations, change management, and culture integration across multiple geographies.
• Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence and shared services to improve employee, manager, and HR experiences.
• Lead, develop, and mentor HR leaders and teams supporting the Systems Protection segment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; a master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• 15+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, including senior HR roles in complex global organizations.
• Executive-level business partnership experience in manufacturing or industrial environments, with multi-site experience required.
• Expertise in talent management, organizational effectiveness, and change leadership.
• Experience in matrix organizations required; high-growth company experience is a plus.
• Ability to travel up to 20%.
