Head of HR, Business Groups

Location: US-CA-Santa Clara

Salary: $255,072–$398,550 per year, plus bonus, stock, and benefits.

What you will do

• Develop one- to three-year workforce and talent strategies for the Life Sciences and Diagnostics Markets, Applied Markets, and hirify.global CrossLab business groups.
• Advise business group Presidents and senior leaders on organization, leadership, talent, and workforce priorities.
• Lead strategic workforce planning, organizational design, succession planning, executive coaching, and leadership development.
• Build and manage a high-performing HR Business Partner organization, including resources, budgets, and performance accountability.
• Lead the people dimensions of complex transformations, including M&A, organization redesign, portfolio changes, and operating-model changes.
• Partner with HR, Legal, Finance, and business teams to deliver scalable solutions and advance AI-enabled HR capabilities.

Requirements

• 15+ years of progressive HR experience, typically including 10+ years of increasing managerial responsibility in complex, global organizations.
• Experience advising C-suite or senior executive leaders and translating business priorities into workforce and talent strategies.
• Expertise in strategic workforce planning, talent management, succession, organizational design, organizational effectiveness, and change leadership.
• Experience leading and developing senior HR professionals, complex initiatives, resources, and budgets.
• Strong business and financial acumen, executive presence, consulting, coaching, and workforce analytics capabilities.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree, or equivalent experience; MBA preferred.
