Bulk Project Engineer (Cryogenic Gas Systems)

Location: Horsham, Pennsylvania, United States (Regional Office); travel within the assigned territory is required.

What you will do

• Guide the design, installation, upgrade, maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of bulk and cryogenic freezer systems.
• Plan and coordinate complex bulk system projects for hirify.global East customers, including schedules, resources, equipment, deliverables, and budgets.
• Prepare and review P&IDs, equipment layouts, design calculations, technical documentation, and project records.
• Provide technical support to field service technicians, Bulk Specialists, Sales, Operations, customers, vendors, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure designs and installations comply with hirify.global standards, the Bulk Installation Manual, industry regulations, safety requirements, and customer application needs.
• Support design reviews, change management, lessons-learned activities, value engineering, project closeout, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• BS degree in Engineering, or up to five additional years of related experience in lieu of a degree.
• At least five years of experience in merchant or packaged gas project coordination, technician-related work, or a similar role.
• Experience working across multiple departments and cross-functional teams, with strong organization, prioritization, attention to detail, and time management.
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing, collaborate across the organization, manage deadlines, and guide project activities.
• Knowledge of electrical, welding, brazing, cutting, and fabrication technologies is preferred.
• Proficiency with Gmail, Docs, Slides, and Sheets is required; SAP knowledge is preferred.
