Generated Gas Site Supervisor (Industrial Gases)

Location: Oregon and Southern Washington, United States; assigned facilities are in Camas, WA; Tualatin, OR; Hillsboro, OR; Albany, OR; and Bend, OR.

What you will do

• Supervise day-to-day operations across five generated gas and air separation facilities.
• Own safety performance, Basic Safety Process compliance, process safety management, environmental activities, and site records.
• Troubleshoot plant process and mechanical problems, coordinate maintenance, and drive efficiency and improvement projects.
• Provide 24/7 on-call response to plant alarms and shutdowns, developing corrective and preventive measures within planned maintenance budgets.
• Coordinate with the North America Operating Service Center, asset and maintenance managers, technical support, and regional operations teams.
• Manage inventory coordination, administrative responsibilities, customer relationships, and vacation or outage coverage.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Certificate in process technology or maintenance, or at least two years of experience in a manufacturing, production, processing, chemical, or petrochemical environment.
• Strong operating experience in comparable plants or operations of similar complexity, with effective troubleshooting ability.
• Demonstrated dedication to safety and continuous improvement, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, leadership, and digital literacy skills.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Experience operating generated gas and air separation fractional distillation processes; training is available.
• Industrial plant maintenance experience.
• Electrical, instrumentation, or mechanical proficiency.
• Participation in SkillsUSA.
