Finance Senior Director, Global Equipment Protection

Location: St Louis Park, MN, US; hybrid work

Compensation: $204,400–$304,000 annually, with potential eligibility for additional annual incentives.

What you will do

• Advise the General Manager and leadership team on growth, profitability, performance, and business decisions.
• Lead annual planning, forecasting, and business performance reviews.
• Translate financial data into actionable insights and drive margin improvement, working capital optimization, and cash flow performance.
• Lead financial modeling, scenario planning, M&A support, and integration activities.
• Improve reporting and planning through automation, analytics, and process improvement.
• Build and develop a high-performing finance team while influencing a global, matrixed organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 15+ years of experience in FP&A, finance business partnering, or operational finance.
• Experience partnering with senior business leaders to drive results.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to turn data into action.
• Experience in a global or complex organization.
• Track record of leading and developing teams.

Nice to have

• MBA, CPA, or CMA.
