Senior Manager of Finance (Dynapower)

Location: Dynapower, South Burlington, Vermont, United States; onsite, full time

Base salary: $143,760–$197,670 per year

What you will do

• Manage cost and financial planning and analysis activities to identify risks and opportunities.
• Lead complex financial analysis projects, evaluate findings, and prepare recommendations for senior management.
• Collaborate with business leaders and departmental teams to analyze business drivers, trends, and operating results.
• Perform variance analysis and develop cost and financial models for decision support.
• Develop financial strategies and action plans to improve performance measures.
• Manage, coach, and develop a team of financial professionals while maintaining relationships with the external financial community.

Requirements

• University degree, such as a bachelor's degree, or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Experience leading, coaching, and developing team members.
• Strong communication, organization, planning, time management, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple competing tasks and demands.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Eligibility to obtain authorization under ITAR and/or EAR is required; non-US persons may not be eligible.
