Senior Director of FP&A (AI)

Location: Hybrid in San Jose, California; onsite three days per week at the San Jose headquarters.

Salary: $230,000–$271,000 base salary per year, plus equity and bonus opportunities.

What you will do

• Lead enterprise FP&A performance management by integrating financial, operational, commercial, customer, and market signals.
• Own corporate P&L consolidation, annual operating planning, in-quarter forecasting, actuals reporting, and variance analysis.
• Create executive decision products such as rolling forecasts, business momentum indicators, exception-based reporting, action queues, and automated performance narratives.
• Support quarterly earnings preparation and Board of Directors presentations with accurate data and strategic financial insights.
• Own the FP&A technology and innovation roadmap, including responsible AI use for analysis, summarization, explanation, and workflow automation.
• Lead the AOP calendar, cross-functional alignment, process improvements, and development of a modern FP&A organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 10–15+ years of progressive FP&A experience, including complex P&L consolidation and senior-level board and earnings preparation.
• Strong fluency in modern financial systems such as Oracle, Anaplan, or Adaptive Insights.
• Practical experience implementing AI tools, automation, or advanced financial modeling technologies.
• Exceptional talent leadership, executive presence, analytical ability, and capacity to influence senior stakeholders without direct authority.
• Ability to work onsite three days per week in San Jose.
