Director, Divisional Finance, MS (Manufacturing)

Salary: $167,000–$223,000 per year, plus annual bonus eligibility

What you will do

• Serve as the primary finance business partner to the Formulated Solutions General Manager and leadership team.
• Provide strategic financial leadership, decision support, investment analysis, and performance management.
• Lead forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning for a business unit with approximately $950 million in annual revenue across five strategic business units.
• Partner with Operations and business leaders on capacity planning, capital investments, resource allocation, and operational optimization.
• Lead and develop the Formulated Solutions Finance team through coaching, succession planning, and performance management.
• Maintain financial controls, governance, transparency, and compliance in partnership with Corporate Finance, Controllership, and Internal Audit.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in business unit finance, FP&A, or finance leadership.
• Experience supporting large business units or product portfolios in manufacturing, semiconductor, technology, or industrial environments.
• Advanced analytical, financial modeling, strategic decision-making, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives, influencing stakeholders, and developing finance professionals.
