Operator - Watford Division

What you will do

• Operate, inspect, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment used in pipelines, pump stations, storage facilities, and related stations.
• Maintain safe operations, environmental protection, regulatory compliance, audit readiness, and accurate operational documentation.
• Oversee third-party construction and maintenance activities and collaborate with project managers, contractors, and internal departments.
• Coordinate product movement, update reports, and help meet nominations during equipment failures, constraints, or operational changes.
• Respond to callouts and emergencies, support pipeline pigging and right-of-way maintenance, and maintain facilities, grounds, and line locates as needed.
• Communicate maintenance issues, maintain customer relationships, mentor colleagues, and identify and solve operational problems.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED and general knowledge of terminal or storage facilities, gathering systems, and product movement.
• Two to four years of relevant experience; level is commensurate with experience and skillset.
• Planning, prioritization, basic mathematics, common-sense decision-making, and the ability to respond quickly in adverse conditions.
• Intermediate computer skills, including MS Office, operating systems, and company software.
• Strong verbal and written communication, customer focus, teamwork, attention to detail, and ability to follow schedules and direction.
• Valid driver’s license with a driving record satisfactory to the company and its insurers; required job certifications may need to be obtained and maintained.
