What you will do

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical equipment, including programmable controls and power supplies.
• Plan and execute maintenance work based on electrical/mechanical theories and national electrical codes.
• Install, start up, and shut down equipment following OSHA and company safety procedures.
• Perform preventive maintenance functions and maintain detailed equipment performance records.
• Collaborate with operators to identify malfunctions and provide technical troubleshooting support.
• Train other maintenance team members on equipment repair and safety procedures.

Requirements

• 3+ years of proven experience in electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic fields.
• Proficiency in PLC programming and general computer operation.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Franklin, NH.
• Availability to work 3rd shift (9 pm - 5:30 am) and overtime as needed.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Successful completion of background checks and pre-employment testing.
