Sr. Manager, Retail Training & Communications - Global

Location: Remote within the United States; applicants must reside in California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Missouri, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Texas, Virginia, Washington, or Wisconsin. West Coast preferred.

Salary: $122,300–$165,000 per year for the Goleta, California location. Individual pay depends on location, skills, experience, and education or training.

What you will do

• Own the global retail learning vision, multi-year roadmap, and operating model for UGG and HOKA.
• Translate business priorities and frontline needs into scalable, measurable learning experiences.
• Design learning across service, product, selling, operations, leadership, onboarding, and transformation initiatives.
• Create mobile-first journeys using micro-learning, short-form video, scenario practice, peer learning, live facilitation, and performance support.
• Apply AI responsibly to accelerate development and personalize, translate, and localize learning.
• Manage learning technology and vendors, content governance, the global content calendar, and effectiveness measurement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in learning and development, instructional design, retail training, or learning innovation.
• Experience building enterprise learning strategies in a global or highly matrixed organization.
• Experience creating micro-learning, mobile-first content, short-form video, scenario-based learning, digital performance support, and visual presentations.
• Experience with AI-enabled tools, rapid authoring, video editing, animation, digital content platforms, and LMS or learning experience platforms.
• Strong skills in learning strategy, performance consulting, adult learning, instructional design, behavior change, facilitation, stakeholder influence, and team leadership; strong written and spoken English required.
